Q: How do I know that the service works?

A: Even if we have not installed a server in your international location yet, we are able to provide the service from Advascan™ servers located around the world (e.g. in Docklands, London.) Q: Can I still see virus infected messages which were trapped by Advascan?

A: Yes, all messages trapped by Advascan™ can be seen via the secure administrative interface. If you would want any infected message to be released to you, we can do it following a special request by you.
Q: We are interested in your service, but are concerned about e-mails going through a server not under our physical control. Can you provide a solution which can run locally on a server within our network?

A: In order to achieve complete security and confidentiality you can go for the Advascan™ On-site solution which has been designed for this specific application.
